I’ve. Definitely reached level 5 veterency so I’m curious how high you can get them or if they max out

From what I’ve seen its on the same rules as halo wars 1. Each unit can go up to a Lvl 3 and putting a Lvl 3 Spartan will make unit Lvl 6

I’m not positive that my spartan was in it though. I did have a spartan but I believe he was in another enemy vehicle
