What's the "Hayabusa" of Halo 5?

So we all know the Hayabusa armor was the most worn armor in Halo 3.

Simple question, what armor do you think is the most worn in Halo 5?

Personally, I think the “helioskrill” has taken that title. I see everyone wear it.

Second runner up would be the Mark IV, but that’s only because folks got that for free not too long ago.

I’m surprised it was Hayabusa, I thought it’d have been Recon.

Old school Halo 3, before Recon was given out to everyone.

If anything, I’d say (old school) recon use to be equivalent to Achilles, but is now more relatable to the new Olive and Timmy helmets.

Before Bungie made Recon a available to everyone through the Vidmaster achievements, it was totally the Hayabusa. Those were the OG days of Halo 3

Ok.

I only started playing Halo regularly in 2010, so I unfortunately missed the “glory days” of Halo 3.

Wish I could have experienced them though, I would have liked to see the population counter when Halo 3 released.

Did it actually look like this?

1,000,000 players online

Or is that a gross exaggeration?

That’s believable. Halo 3 sold 14.5 million copies, so it’s not hard to believe it logged 1 million users at one period.

If your going with most worn then maybe the i think its the mark 4 armor. The one that looks like the halo wars armor.

Yea and that’s most likely due to it being given it for free back on Halo’s 15th birthday.

343i did try and fashion Shinobi after the Haybusa armor, but for the most worn armor I would guess either Helioskrill or Mk IV.

I would have said either Shinobi or Raider if you had meant it as a successor to Hayabusa, but… I’m really not sure what armor seems to be worn a lot. I’m going to say Wrath for now. I remember seeing it pretty often.

I seem to see wrath the most

Rogue cutthroat armor easily, I see it everywhere

WRATH variant of the EVA armor for sure.

Wrath was everywhere after Memories of Reach. Mark IV is the most common nowadays.
I wonder which of the 2017 helmets will be most worn.

I saw nothing but Emile and Jorge for a time.

Wrath,Mark IV and Helioskrill are the armors I see the most.

I know CQB will probably take the cake when it comes out.

I know I want it, also Forge is obsessed with it, lol.

I remember when Mark V was the Hayabusa of Combat Evolved.

… I’ll see myself out.

I seem to recall Mark VI being the Hayabusa for Halo 2 as well…
