I would have to say that it is those forearm armor pieces that you earn when you complete your perfection commendation max level. I believe they are the inquisitor variation (?) and they are smooth with two arrows pointing down near where the wrists are located. Anyone seen them? They look sweet as hell . I think you need to get 10 perfections in total. Its Definitely safe to say that a player who has those is truly good.
I honestly think getting the Protector DRFT (or whatever it is) is harder than this. Don’t forget you need to perfect EVERY weapon, even Pulse Grenades and the Plasma Pistol. GL HF.

Fire an EMP shot then throw a pulse.
I’d say the Vanguard set unlocked by mastering Forerunner Destroyer. You need more than 2000 Crawler Sniper kills in Spartan Ops and seeing more than 5 of those in the same run is unlikely.

I have earned a kill using the Pulse Grenade… you’re just doing it wrong.

I’m on 5 out of 250. I mainly use them against vehicles that have been EMP’ed or if I hop onto a Scorpion, Wraith, or Mantis where I can kill them with it.

I agree with Exia, I passed out when I saw the requirements for it. Still, the helmet with the skin looks AWESOME.
The perfection master isn’t very hard. I need 4 more to complete it. If you noob it up and camp snipe on big team it should be a breeze. or go hardcore and try to get a perfection on regicide or swat.
The weapon mastery armor is going to be the hardest just because it is the most time consuming.too.many.killssss.
Obviously the Protector DRFT. My friend has the perfection master forearms on and they are sweet. But he uses silver/steel colorscheme so they are barely noticeable…

Im on pulse grenade master as well, I only need about 100 more to max it. Could be wrong though I know im fairly close

If the pattern holds true, you’ll need 15 total to get it mastered. 1 for 1, 2 for 2, etc. (1+2+3+4+5=15)

OR it might be one of those situation where it skips a couple of ranks (I.e no adept etc. )
