Started a new account a while back and still got my Xbox 360 to access the old waypoint. I know achievement requirements and all but still wont show up after i unlock it. Along with the free 100,000 credits. I wish either Bungie or 343 would do something. I know their busy with Destiny and Halo 5.

If remember right Bungie has had nothing to do with halo since 2011 or 2012, many of Bungie’s key workers from the Halo days don’t work there anymore, and i doubt they had anything to do with Halo Waypoint, and 343i hasn’t supported Reach since Halo 4’s launch.
You can try 343i’s support but i wouldn’t expect them to know how to help you, this is a bit surprising though, how long did you wait for Waypoint to unlock the bonuses? i was under the impression it was still active.
