If you guys remember, I did this awhile ago for the Memories of Reach DLC. I skipped the Hog Wild Req Drop since everything was mostly for Warzone. Now there is so many opportunities in this DLC coming Wednesday. There are 20 REQs, 4 maps, 2 modes, new bosses, and more news to come. So I’m curious, what’s the first thing you will do in this upcoming DLC? The first thing I’ll probably do is head into the new Forge Canvas and try out the Wasp and possibly try out all of the REQs I don’t have if the rumors are true.
Another question I’ll add is, what is your goal for this DLC? Possibly it’s to unlock the Halo 2 Beam Rifles? I don’t really have a goal other than complete all of the commendations now that it will be so much easier in Firefight. Plus, I’m grinding the game out like crazy to get Helljumper before the new REQs come out.
On the side note, the Halo Wars 2 Beta is over, unless I don’t know about another extension, what were your thoughts on the beta? I was actually winning in a Halo Wars game. What were your strategies? I was the annoying guy that had 80 units of Brute Jetpacks and would annihilate your base in 2 seconds.
One more thing is, spread the word to your friends that Halo 5 will also be able to played for free this Wednesday!
EDIT: Another thing! There are more HCS skins coming along with team skins and emblems! Will you guys get these and if so which ones?
Thank you for your time.
I wanna check out this huge grunt boss.
I’m just going to play as I normally do, maybe play one match of Fire Fight, but thats it.
First thing I will do is a hard reset then down load it… Then do a hard reset of my Xbox that is always needed after a large download… Then use up all my req points to get the new stuff… Then play warzone firefight and use some of the new stuff and hopefully get to fight the grunt boss in the first match…
Turn on my Xbox One console, then download the DLC and then play the game.
Get all the new reqs. Play a game of Firefight to learn how to use the Wasp properly. Go to regular Warzone and wreck people with the Wasp.
First, I’m gonna unlock everything with my 200k RP.
Then, I’m gonna play mostly Firefight because I really liked the beta so much, and of course, to check out that Grunt boss.
I’m going to hop into custom games and check out the new arena map first, then I’ll play some FF and try and get to level 100 (at 98).
I’ve saved up about 100k RP so far, and hope to have at least 50k more by Wednesday. Hopefully that’ll be enough to get me all the new permanent unlocks as well as some extra gold packs. If I have enough, I might get one of the pro league packs because I’m a sucker for weapon skins.
As for gameplay, I’m definitely hopping into WZFF first. Can’t wait to try out that new grunt boss, the Wasp, and the new Sanghelios map.
Play wzff and never play normal WZ again.
Will they add the new Grunt Mech to normal WZ?
Go mess around with all the new stuff in forge, especially the req weapons and vehicles
Spend a lot of req points mess around in forge then I’m going back into swat to continue progress on headshot commendations
First, I’m gonna kill everything, then I’m gonna kill everything again, and then I’m gonna kill everything one more time just to be sure… then I’m gonna start all over again
WZFF to finish off all my commendations!
Im going to spend about 5 hours downloading the update, only to fall asleep before it gets finished, then go to work the next day wishing I could be playing instead
Get ready to be swamped with people who have never played Halo before. But other than that, yeah I will probably download the DLC and use up a ton of the REQ points I have been saving, then dive into Firefight which I hope will be a permanent on the playlist and even feature a Firefight Turbo sometime in the future. You all know that was coming. ;D
I’m going to jump into Firefight and get demolished by the NPCs because of their Better-than-Heroic, worse than Legendary stats.
I will have to adapt to a whole new style of play =P
Play the minimum amount of ff to complete my last four enemy commendations then back to the arena.
