I got real good at this playing H3’s “Smear the Pinky” gametype. If they’re watching you, its the best way to do it.
Play Spartan Ops and don’t bother trying in War Games.
Any Covenant vehicle.

This works the best for me in my limited experience behind the wheel.

SO Splatters don’t count for the commendation. Just destroyed vehicles.
play drunk people with poor reflexes
The basic idea is don’t be predictable. If you boost at them in a straight line from miles away, they’re gonna dodge it/kill you.
Just boost when you are near them, make them think you’re not going to boost.

Wait till they’re all distracted and hit them from behind boosting all the way.
If you miss a splatter or they spot you then get away FAST.
