I’m level 59, about half way to level 60(technically 61).

I hit the cap daily with double xp from midnight release.
The Xp cap prevents that.
You can level up while in offline. It takes a while but if you have done it since release day, you’d be around level 120. Offline XP is only 1190 per match but you only have to play a custom games or forge for 10 minutes at least and then quit.
Rinse and repeat. Sure it’s not A LOT of XP, but it’s a nice little bonus that adds up a lot in the end!

So you can only do 6 matches in a hour because that will be 60 minutes=1 hour. So in one hour you will gain 7140xp. I noticed if you do 10 matches, it stops but if you turn off your xbox and log back in and then disconnect after booting up Halo 4 while signed in, you can continue.
So every 10 matches in offline, restart your xbox and unplug the ethernet cord(or disable your wireless?) and then do it again.
It does take a long time, but it adds up in the end. It’s not worth my time, but some other serious gamers might want it.
