Currently I have best at team slayer(ranked) at around 25 but keeping getting stuck where I won’t rank if I win 10 matches while maybe losing only 1. So wondering what the best solution is. Currently I can’t get any social experience until I improve my ranked matches.
I’m trying to avoid the idea of boosting because been a long time, well I just get the feeling like that’s the only option since keep hearing the ranking system is broken.
To put it plain and simple 50 is not for everyone. Where the game has put you is where you belong against players of your skill level. Thats the way the system works. Higher ranks are for players of higher skill level matching them against equally skilled players.
If you get better you will eventually rank up higher and higher. It’s not something you should worry about. If the matches you are having are too easy the game will eventually rank you up higher against harder players or if you have to hard of a time will lower you to put you against players that will be enjoyable to fight against.
Well the think about putting me with those types of players similar to my own it never does. I keep keeping finding generals even though I’m a staff captain.
I wanted to improve, get to 50 before halo 4 comes out, being maxing out reach credit limit so be getting back to halo 3 again, well I’m not bad, I do try to hold my own.
I keep hearing different playlists are easy but I tried rumble pit but most people turn games oddball into deathmatches instead, well team slayer is fun but found a lot of teams that quit which lead to me, some other random person getting shot from every direction, the last swat match just had some general shotting us no matter where we were.

This is 100% True
Just keep playing and if you deserve to be a higher Rank you will get there in time – its not an easy road but its worth the time and pain
Start going in to the playlist with a group of friends. That way, you’ll have less of a chance to get paired up with players who would bring the team down.

I would if could get my friends to play but there stuck on reach or other games. Also even tried team up with people that seem fairly even in team doubles, played team slayer
If you’re not that good at the game just keep playing the game. If you really want to be lvl 50 try to get 3 good friends and let them boost you.
I played alot of swat and I ranked up quite quick I hope that some help.
make a new account and if you are good enough you can get the 50. i have gotten so many 50s its easy just play a lot and you will get it.

There is no easy way, if you’re matching 50’s now and losing then you won’t be able to beat them later in the game either. To be a 50 you need to be good enough to consistently beat 50’s.

If you are meeting Generals around rank 25 then those are derankers and not true 50’s. True generals have not only have the general rank next to their name but a lvl 50 trueskill as well in ranked playlists. You will never face them unless you get to level 40 (unless in a party with a higher ranked player) since trueskill searches in a range of 10 up and 10 down from your current trueskill level. So lvl 40 would be the minimum you’d see a 50.
Not everyone can be a 50. True skill would be pointless if that were the case (not saying the true skill isn’t bad though)
You might never reach a 50 to be honest. If you are struggling to get a 50 you must train to be a better halo player.
Practice in customs. Do some research, learn a few things, ect. A 50 is the hardest thing in Halo.

That would seem true but I have seen the old 2 star general symbol next to their name, I’m sure ranks will take a while for me to get, been told with my current social exp I could easily get to level 35-40 if I had a decent team.lol
