What's the "ANALYSED OBJECTS" on Halo 1 stat page?

If you look at Halo: CE’s stat page you can see the “ANALYSED OBJECTS” on the right side. Wonder what that is? Is this a new feature for the Halo: CE in the Collection?

You can analyse objects using Kinect, you can see loads of stuff about the items and people etc

Has to do with it’s Kinect funtionality. People without Kinect will have a tough time doing it.

Well you can’t do it at all without Kinect that’s the problem, I do believe there was an achievement for it which was a tad annoying

Yup, I still can’t wrap my head around it why they coudn’t assign the scanning to one of the d-pad buttons, but on the other side it WAS at the time that -Yoink!- was forcing kinect down our throats so that expalins a lot

Wasnt it one acheivement for scanning one item?

If you had a Kinect you could look at certain objects and say “Analyze”.

I am curious if we will be able to do the same for Halo CEA included with The Master Chief Collection since the Xbox One has a Kinect as well.

I am not entirely sure on that specific topic yet, but it would be cool to see it return and have more more items to be scanned.

No, there’s no Analyze related achievement for Halo CE Anniversary.

You pretty much scan any sort of gun or some objects, and you can read about them. You need a kinect to do so.

it was a thing with the kinect

I’m pretty sure there was no achievement linked to the using of the kinect in Halo cea, and i’m pretty sure that whenever i would say any of the key words,it wouldn’t register, and I would just be there looking like an idiot in front of my family.

It has been actually confirmed by IGN (I’m like 90% sure) that the Kinect features from Halo CEA will not return in the MCC

You need Kinnect for this right?

good question I thought I had done them all / I was wrong I guess

I completely forgot about that. To me it sounded pretty cool. Not cool enough to spend money on a Kinect, but still cool. It would be neat if it was in the MCC.

It’s basically the REACH version of “Checking a Weapons Stats”.
Definitely not Worth a Kinnect.

Don’t revive 4 year old topics please. I’m quietly confident the OP figured things out after all this time
