What’s that one thing that you have always wanted in forge?

Weather and such would be my first choice, but there’s a few other things I think would be cool. Triggers/buttons/interactive environment is one of them. Also, trees.

Scarabs.

Changing colours or textures of objects would be what I’d use the most.

Night-time skyboxes.

And I mean NIGHT; none of this beat-around-the-bush, “hey, it’s dark out but here’s 50 floodlights so you can still see.”

I want a pitch black map where the only thing giving away your position is the lights on your armor, and the reflection of the moonlight on your armor and visor.

Definitely natural things like trees, plants, etc. Halo’s forge has always lacked something like this. It would be great for map aesthetics.

Can’t list just one.

The ability to switch between piece themes. Why should a map be ONLY UNSC or ONLY Forerunner? ONLY Military or ONLY industrial? It limits artistic creativity and usually leads to bland looking maps.

The ability to toggle weather. Snowstorms are cool.

Prefabricated buildings (glad Halo 4 has this).

More filters that aren’t purely for machinima.

A larger budget.

Tough pick between texture choices and weather /day n night control. I think I’ll have to go with texture choices. I can bare a monotonous forge world, but I’d really like different texture options. Covy, unsc, stone, forerunner themes.

Lighting and weather for sure.

I want to be able to have a map that’s dark or a map that’s foggy, options like that need to be available if we are to create truly unique custom maps.

I also want to see more lighting on maps, more items that give off light and lights that actually cast shadow from themselves.

Everything, Why stop with just a couple things.I would like forge if i could customize maps like that in Far Cry 1, complete freedom to do everything.
