I’m dying from hype, 343i has gone above and beyond. I’ve wanted two things in Halo for years and thats a battlefieldish game type and republic commando/Halo. Whats holding your sanity for this final month of waiting? I’m playing Destiny, which is surprisingly amazing now, and doing SAT’s to fill up the month.

I always drop gaming for a few weeks prior to a big release. It’s like not eating anything prior to what you know is going to be an amazing meal.
I just play Halo to get myself ready.

I tried playing other things than the mcc, but it just sickens me. Replayed Republic Commando, skimmed through Destiny again and again, dabbled in MKX, flew around in DBZXV, but I just cant put the mcc down. HALO! HALO! HALO!

It is not passive aggressive but maybe a tiny bit clickbait, though not initially intended that way. I’m just excited.

I hear you, though usually I have a hard time playing part of the same franchise when I’m so hyped for one specific version soon to be released. I don’t know why.

The abstinence makes it all the better when I hear that ever so memorable song (which I hear every time someone calls my phone anyway)
Ultra clickbait, I’m still not really hyped, BUT I love halo and I’ll play the hell out of it.
I have no rituals for upcoming releases either… cause that’s just…weird.
I’m doing 72 homework assignments before Halo 5 comes out so I don’t have to spend any more time than I’m required to on school. I am doing 2 1/2 months worth of work in about 2-3 weeks just so I can play it. Keeping my head low while doing the homework is helping to, so I get more enjoyment from playing the game.
I’m right here with ya. I just got back from Game Stop with a copy of MCC. Now just waiting on the forever install. I knew I shouldn’t have uninstalled it last time.
I’m hoping it will make these last few weeks go by faster. Elite: Dangerous and Battlefield 4 just aren’t cutting it anymore.
Im watching a lot of RUL and playing Gears of War, Master Chief Collection and starting to get back into Destiny 10/27/15 every game is getting put away!! Halo!!

Yep Destiny is finally good now it will keep me entertained until the Chosen one comes out on Oct 27 and Battlefront the next month to.
I’m currently playing Forza Motorsport 6 and then I’ll be playing Rock Band 4 when it releases. They should be enough to tide me over until the big day arrives.
I’ve been preoccupying myself with non-Halo related games to take my mind off it.
Like the Godzilla game for PS4.
Or Pokemon Blue version.
Or Gears of War
I am stoked for halo 5 as well. I’ve been playing MCC and Gears Ultimate to waste time before October.
