i cant use reqs armor mods higher level loadout weapons nothing. every single time i try to play this game it doesnt work. and there is no official statements from 343 or anyone acknowledging this bug except other players with the same or similar issues. seriously a single statement would go a long way. ETA on a fix? this bug is was pretty much present day one of halo 5 but has returned worse than ever.
This is becoming pretty annoying. I only got Halo 5 about six weeks ago, and up until three days ago it was great!
The past two days have been plagued with connection issues to the lobby, and today I can’t use any REQ’s. After a few matches of nothing but assault rifle/pistol I just stopped out of frustration.
What’s going on?

343I seems to be too busy worrying about their upcoming req pack sales and profits rather than fixing the bugs in their game that we the players pay for and keep alive. I have observed that the Forum posts about these re-occuring issue are quickly taken down and shushed up yet the issues keep re-surfacing. You are right. It seems no one is listening.
Yeah. While it can’t be easy trying not to run a huge online gaming environment like Halo 5, it’s pretty disappointing that 343 can’t at least pin a post about this problem at the top of this forum.

That’s not it. You created a thread for the mod (not 343i) that locked your thread after they said you restart your xbox. If that didn’t work, they said to go to the support section. If 343i didn’t care, this website wouldn’t exist. The server went down, it happens.
343 Industries are aware of the problem. Their community coordinator has replied to someone asking them on Twitter. See here.
In the mean time, if you wish to add any constructive comments, it would be best to do it on the Server Report Thread to keep all posts on the topic organised together in one place.

The problem is it happens more than it should. Their servers need an overhaul or something.

Are you special? OKAY EVERYONE YOUR PROBLEMS ARE NOW SOLVED! Captain Gizmo here said if all us multiple hundreds and thousands of players just shut down our xbox’s it will fix 343’s servers! Gee thanks Capt. Gizmo… and “It happens”? Get real… We are complaining because its CONSTANTLY happening without being addressed or atleast a statement being released saying they are acknowledging it and attempting to fix it. Which by the way isnt happening because they obviously ARE NOT.
343 are aware of the current issues and are investigating. In an effort to keep things clean and organized and not have hundreds of threads discussing the same issue, I’m going to close it in favor of these 2 active threads noted below. Feel free to leave your reports there, the more detailed the better so screenshots, video clips and links to games are encouraged
