Whats going on with the Spanish?

I’m from Mexico. Obviously my Xbox is in Spanish but I and (I think) all Mexican people (I don’t know if in the rest of latam the issue exist) have the same problem. What is it? The game doesn’t show the CSR in the playlist, it shows only in the carnage report. This issue exists since Ghost of meridian, I thought that in memories of reach had fixed…
and there are many little issues that persist in the language Spanish…
Some people tell me that change my xbox in English but I think that’s not the correct way, the correct way is that 343i think in all the latam community.
Please, fix it!
