So, since launch I haven’t been able to download or upload any files. The browsing for recommended or downloaded doesn’t work. What’s going on?

I have such a cool snipe clip that my xbox says I uploaded but where is it?
there is loads of pages to do with this just look.And you can share things with you friends they just need to search for your gamer tag and the can download clips maps ect…

I’ve tried searching other players files as well to no avail…
Whenever I try to upload it says I need to be an xbox live gold member (which I am)…
now and again on live in a match lobby i can access peoples fileshares but i cant all the time, and also wheres the fileshares on here, i want to upload some pics of my first map pack
