Just a general question seeing as how I haven’t heard anything about it. Is it strictly just a skin, or is it something like the SPNKr where its sort of similar to the original H5 version but acts differently?
I have no idea. It would be cool if it was in a classic game mode, like classic slayer, CTF, and etc.

and to op it looks like it has a smaller time between triggerpulls but a longer time between bullets firing in the burst from the video
It comes with nostalgia.
It fires slower, hard hitting bullets instead of fast marsh mellows 
The differences are the model and the sound, the scope appears to be the same of a classic BR.

Oh why thank you very much sir
It seems to have the old rate of fire, where you could actually see and hear the triple round burst, instead of the new BR where you have the burst so fast it may as well be a DMR. Plus the awesome classic look is great, I really hate the boxy BR that 343 introduced.
I think the difference is just the visuals, the burst rate, the sound, and the nostalgia of the old BR.
I’ll replacing the current BR with the classic in the maps for custom games thats for sure.

Ok so if it is the same as halo 2 br, why not add the halo 4 br. Not that big a fan of the halo 4 br, but 343 keeps adding older halo stuff. For instance the noble armor and the halo 3 br, so why not some halo 4 content. It would be funny to have 3 different sounding brs in one game all going off at the same time.

I don’t think anybody like the halo 4 BR.
Some people like the look of the halo 2 br better I personally like halo 5 br look better

Well they were essentially the same gun, BR 55, with a couple of small differences I believe.
The new BR is the BR 85, so completely different production model.
