What I have been doing that has cut down wait time and helps fix all post game issues is:
-pressing home button
- pressing menu button (start) on halo: master chief collection.
-selecting quit
-waiting for it to reboot.
-going to matchmaking and pwning noobs.
The he wait time is literally like 3 minutes max.
