If I remember correctly, the last we saw of him in Halo lore was in Halo 3 when he gave command of Shadow of Intent to the Arbiter. He said he would like to see Sanghelios, to know that it is safe.

Are we to assume that he joined the Swords of Sanghelios? I find it hard to believe he would have joined Jul 'Mdama. The dude is like the Wedge Antilles of Halo; always surviving battles, so I don’t believe he died either.

The book “Shadow of Intent” covers more of what happens to him after Halo 3. It’s not too long, but Joe Staten wrote it which means the writing is superb.
