So everyone’s talking about the June 13th Xbox Games Showcase, and for good reason! The first look at multiplayer is gonna be awesome. But something else exciting that’s happening later this month is the Inside Infinite from 343’s Waypoint team. What are y’all wanting to see from that? I hope we get a look at some revamped player stat pages, as well as maybe a fresh coat of paint for the forums.

The redevelopment (and new app) for Waypoint will be extremely exciting to get even a glimpse of. I’d also like to hear what may be happening with Spartan Companies and if they’re to be retained in current/similar form as the Halo 5 launch of them one week before the game and without much of a purpose for most of their first year led to them being something of a flash in the pan and I’m not sure how many of the original ones survived to be communities once Achilles was earned.
I’d like to see when they’re gonna give the website a new look and when the new mobile app releases
How it will looks and it’s functionnalities for the app and the website new design.
I’ve always wanted to be able to play dress up without having to launch the game. Just sit there changing coatings/armors/poses. I will say my biggest wish is to be able to read through any data/intel/codex entries we can find in campaign. Or even a way to project the map of the ring in real time that way don’t have to keep pulling it up in game. Even if it’s just moving what we have now over to an app, I’ll enjoy it honestly

They did that for H5, but my sense is that functionality was probably underutilised by the community for the amount of development effort. If it’s easy enough to do and helps even a small number of people engage then I’m absolutely all for it, but it’s an input/output decision for me.
Perhaps the increased PC population and the mobile app will swing the balance

An App that links to Infinite would be fantastic. If you can go on and see challenges, achievement progress, clan activity, rankings, customise Spartan etc it will be a great quality of life improvement.
If they can make it like how it was back in the Halo reach days and throw Halo Channel in there, it would be very cool.

Yeah man. There’s so many weird and cool things they can do with a Waypoint update or app, but frankly they usually feel gimmicky.
Give me a forum update! I want to quote better, link to steam, Xbox and the games directly. I want to have a spoiler tag which hides the text in a black box as opposed to a drop down, and post images in the Spartan Company forums!

Oh that’s right. I remember how god awful it was to scroll through every armor piece to find the one you want and also the lighting screwed with the colors
