Because we are all eagerly anticipating new information to be released about Halo 4. I thought it would be a good idea to create a thread aimed at allowing you to express what you would like to see in an upcoming Halo 4 Trailer. You can share what you would like to see announced or speculate what a future Halo 4 trailer might be like.
As for myself? I would like something within either live-action of CGI. Something which explains a little about John-117’s history and explains where he will be heading within Halo 4 would be a good idea. I believe this would be a good idea because its primary aspect of showing parts of the location of Halo 4 (perhaps the enemy?) should be beneficial to everyone, while its secondary aspect of presenting the Chief’s past will help familiarize the Master Chief to those who have never played a Halo game (or at least ones without John-117 as a playable character).
Some methods of presenting his past could take the form of memories. He could be reminiscing of previous events within his life such as his indoctrination into the SPARTAN-II program, his training, his efforts at the Battle of Jericho VII, his efforts at the Harvest Campaign, his battle at Gamma station, his arrival at Alpha Halo, his new allegiance with Covenant separatists, his victory of the Human-Covenant war and other numerous battles/conflicts he has experienced within his life time. All of these brief snippets of his life should lead to how he eventually got stranded in the Forward unto Dawn.
One need not to worry about seeing his face throughout his memories. His memories would probably be revealed through a first person-perspective. Besides, I think 343I can get away with showing his physical features as a child. Look at these for example:

This will never happen in the next trailer but I hope to see Forge mode gameplay.

I would like to see some more concept art music or something…or a live action trailer but thats prolly not gonna happen those come out like a month before the game launches
Personally I really want to see gameplay, that’s the number own thing that people want to see before they buy the game, and I want to see what the game looks like. Concept art doesn’t show that, it shows some of the ideas they was going for, that chances of any thing in a concept art trailer being final in game things is very slim. Live action trailers are nice, but they aren’t game play, if you show too much CG, Live Action, and Concept art trailers before showing game play, it’ll do nothing but piss off a hornet’s nest of Halo fans how really want to see gameplay.

Good point stealth after reading that i guess gameplay would be a better idea but i doubt they have a working set up to even show this early on thoe it would be great!

This early on? The game’s been in development for 2 to 3 years now. Not to mention, I recall bs angel saying she’d had the chance to play it.
well then I guess they prolly would have a working gameplay trailer by now…really hope to see one soon!
