What would you give halo 5 out of 10?

Personally i would give it a 7/10

What would you give halo 5 out of 10 and why ?

See you on the battlefield spartans

6/10. Would have been 8 or 9 out of ten, but, the campaign…

6

Despite all the personal issues I have with this game, objectively and compared to other Halos and my limited knowledge of other shooters, this game is a nine. Nine and a half. If I’m having a good day in warzone firefight then it’s a ten.

This exactly.

At this stage, 9/10.

If I cared about the campaign it would be like 7.5/10, but I don’t.

9/10 because of not having the choice to choose between BR+pistol and AR+pistol …
starting with BR is much better than starting with AR

Gameplay 8/10

Total Package 6/10

As it is now I almost hate to do it but I have to go 7/10. While the game play is solid, except Spartan charge especially in ranked play, and I enjoy H5 it still has a lack of polish feel. Virtually no cosmetics unlocked through game play, can’t choose a spawn points in warzone firefight, can’t choose party size in warzone firefight, no achievements or xp/rp payout for score attack, buggy achievements that may not unlock when you achieve them. While I never used it really but I still will count as a shortfall is lack of split screen. Those are the big issues off the top of my head.

6 at launch, 7.5 in it’s current state.

8.5-9… this is mainly based on Multiplayer since that is 90% of the reason I got the game. The campaign ended with 3 to me.

2 out of 10. Despite improvements made in the Monitor’s Bounty update, there are still a lot of problems that need to be fixed, and so it is still the worst Halo game of all time.

False advertising, horrible campaign, Warzone is pay-to-win, armor customization sucks, multiplayer is unbalanced… the list goes on. Forge looks great, though I still can’t get used to the controls, but Forge doesn’t count for much when the game built around it is trash.

6/10

5/7

7/10.

7.5/10 if I’m feeling generous.

7/10

Launched barebones, horrid campaign and UI, but it was a solid game and had potential if we had more than 5 playlists. Not polished at all, but maybe it will be in the next few updates? Grifball launched with gamebreaking turret glitches, BTB came with >>forged<< maps which had 5 ways to glitch out of maps on each.

Now, a solid game with more modes (had to wait a whole year for a social slayer playlist? smh), still godawful UI, many games are a laggy mess. Loads of glitches, disconnects, errors, REQ retrieval failure. 343i never came back to polish off the game, so much of it is glitchy, slow, or jittery. Splatter/vehicle physics are at its worst point since CE. Forge runs flawlessly and well done, however
Halo 4, in all of its COD-ified glory, was 10 times more polished, bug-free, and disconnectless than this game as a whole is.

As a halo game? 4/10. It just feels like a spinoff or something. Whereas halo 4’s multiplayer at least felt like it was adding (or, in some cases, taking away) to reach’s multiplayer and forge, as well as somewhat continuing halo 3s story, halo 5 does its own thing by adding characters with no explanation to why they’re there, completely erasing halo 4’s story,
re-reinventing multiplayer, etc.

As an FPS? 8 or maybe even 8.5/10. The campaign wasn’t to halo’s standard, but at least it existed. (cough ea’s battlefront) Gameplay was smooth and forge was PHENOMENAL. Warzone was a fun chaotic twist and arena was sweaty af. The monthly updates kept me coming back and customs browser was a HUGE success in every aspect but wait times.

I don’t know, a 7? A number scale doesn’t mean too much.

I would give it 10 gold packs+3 free
