Were that to happen, I’d just go one to a myriad of games I’ve bought and never played (due to playing Halo all the time). I’d miss the franchise, but if MS were to make that big of a screw up, well, it’s on them. It would save me a ton of money though. By that I mean, no more Halo action figures, no more building block sets via Mega Bloks, no other new Halo swag. That prospect is fine with me, but I’d rather have the alternative and eventuality that Halo 4 IS coming.

yeah, screw the mayans! 2012 belongs to Halo 4, not the damn apocalypse!
I would start a wildcat destabilization of Microsoft’s fusion core. Which would blow up their Halo of power, and force Bill Gates to go rampant. Then I would blow him up with a Spartan Lazer, and activate their replacement Halo of Power, which would blow up their Ark. Microsoft’s Halo Array will have taken so much damage, that they will be forced to turn to 343i for guidance. Frank O’Connor will take charge, reactivate Halo 4, and then we will be happy. Halo 4 will then sell billions of copies, and save Microsoft. Meanwhile, I will be slowly drifting towards a Dark Planetoid, planning to give all Halo fans Halo 4 for free because we saved Microsoft’s Universe.

PS: 2012 in my eyes is bullsh*t. Why does it mean the world will end when an ancient culture was to lazy to finish their calander? Or maybe they were wiped out by the Halo Array… so they couldn’t finish it. Or they died off because their technology couldn’t support enough Halo games.
I’d question if Microsoft finally went entirely insane.
