I wanted to create this topic to see what you will play first between H4 campaign or multiplayer. I know some people like to choose one over the other so I was just curious what everyone will start with first. Personally I like to start with campaign as I get to dive in the story mode and to get a feel for what the new guns have to offer. So what will you start playing first?
Campaign. Heroic. With my brother on seperate TV screens. Tradition since Halo 2. Mmmm Pizza and instant kill jackal snipers…
Then it’s time to head over to Infinity Holodeck and play some War Games with Spartan OPs to mix things up a bit.
Two Words:
Campaign.
Yea, two words. Halo 4’s campaign is going to be that awesome that all the awesome can’t be contained into one word hence two words. Treat it like a silent letter, except in this case its a silent word.
After I play a significant amount of story mode im going to hop on over to the multiplayer and then spartan ops. i may even just check out all the menus before doing anything. Its overwhelming.
I’ll make sure to seal myself within a room during the 8-10 November for some sweet 4 co-op campaign. Legendary of course, my only concern is whether or not 343 will have fixed their campaign live code or whatever because every Halo so far has been extremely laggy when it comes to co-operative experiences like Campaign and Firefight.
Campaign first. I REALLY want to dig in to the new story!
Then it’s off to the danger room…uh I mean holo-deck to play some War Games.
Spartan ops. Oh threw you off didn’t I? You didn’t expect a third option.
No I’m just joking. Campaign. I hardly ever jump headfirst into multiplayer before getting a feel for the game.
It’s a tradition for me to complete the campaign on Legendary before playing something else.
Spartan Ops. I’ll play Campaign later after I get through a Episode.

Well, my bro isn’t really into the Halo story, and REALLY wants to kill people over xboxlive. He is very competitive. Seeing how I’ll be taking my vacation on the 6th and 7th, then having three more day free from work, I’ll play multi with him then jump into the campaign.
Everything…all at one…actually…
ill probably play some campaign first, then a match of multiplayer, then an episode of spartan ops and repeat!
Campaign, followed by Spartan Ops . . . then maybe Matchmaking.

Forge, i will explore the new things they added, and play around with the new weapons, and drive all the new vehicles
I will either jump into campaign, or play with the weapons on forge. I don’t know which to do…
campaign then multiplayer then Spartan ops, but it really depends when my mates are on…

Custom games to get to know the new maps.
Campaign On Normal until I finish, probably till 7am from midnight. Then get to infinity and play every gametype with my friends. And level up.
