Hey guys just wanted to get your ideas on what you think will happen to the UNSC Infinity. Will it:
- Get destroyed?- Get badly damaged?- Make it to halo 6?share your ideas. cheers

If my memory serves me correctly, Installation 07 has Flood active on it.
Flood + Infinity = Spooky Scenarios.
Hehe, deactivate. Aka fire Super MAC 8 round right through the damn thing. Lasky hopefully won’t be foolish enough to allow Infinity to get into vulnerable positions. But if he does I reckon a tactical glassing could work 
But seriously Infinity doesn’t look very cool, look at the Ancient Human ships with all these fancy looks then Infinity which is high tech but looks like a block of flats. It follows 343s theme (as with the updated frigates) of changing the ships to look more solid and less fragile. Personally I like the change they did to the frigates as they look tank. But the Spirit of Fire for example looked really great, not a warship but it looked very much like a research sort of vessel. My point is the infinity is too overhyped and too susceptible to flood infestation (as show due to how difficult it was to contain Promethians, no fail safes, detachable sections, etc). If flood get on board there is little they could do apart from detonate her slipspace drives and destroy the whole ship. Then Humanity can stop acting like they are such badasses, my Spartan can get scratched and grimy armour again, and Humanity can use ships such as the SoF. Until they find the absolute record on the ark and discover Ancient Human ships and then make some decent looking epic warships. Rather than the said block of flats, which isn’t too bad but I wouldn’t mind if it was destroyed.
The UNSC Infinity… Who knows what curious destiny awaits it?
Destroyed. Probably by the Flood’s return (if they return).
Can’t wait to see it smash headlong into some Covenant Cruisers again… (blissfully thinking of the opening Spartan Ops cutscene)
Infinity is the name of the ship… but it is also the class of the ship. I assume if the infinity ever gets destroyed, they will build a new one.

You can’t quite just “build another one” considering it took decades to do.

Catalog, before its tragic and infuriating deactivation, informed us Installation 07 has not only been discovered and is being actively monitored by joint Sangheili and UNSC operations, but also that, for the most part, the Flood’s existence on the ring that Promordium more or less hinted at has now drawn to a close.
We’ll have to look towards a different source if we want Infinity to become the housing of a Gravemind.
