What do you think will be a launch title for the next Xbox this November? Let’s be honest, the next Xbox is coming out this year, to many hints, Larry Hryb (Major Nelson) has a countdown for E3, this means something IS going to happen. What do you think is gonna be the launch title?
I don’t think that the Nextbox will be released this year, but an announcement will definitely be made at E3. The Wii U was announced in mid-2011 and was released late-2012, I think the same will happen to the PS4 and Nextbox.
If it does release this year though, there will likely be no Halo title. If another Halo title has been in development it has not been by 343i, as they’ve all been working on Halo 4. The next Halo game I can see happening is Halo 2: Anniversary, considering we already got “confirmation” from OXM and it could easily be worked on by another company like CEA was.
If that’s true then I hope they hope they use the original MP this time around. ^
Tech demo games that are pretty light on gameplay. I can see a casual Kinect game, an arcade style racer, a non-AAA FPS, a Madden, a 2K basketball and a few prettied up versions of 360 games.
Just saying, but -Yoink!- has never announced and released a system in the same year. It would be nice to see, but I still dont see 2013 happening.
