Simple topic, put forth two weapons, one for campaign and one for MP that you think should be added to the game.
For campaign list the weapon and its variant for MP just list the weapon and its gameplay role, yes power weapon is a role.
CAMPAIGN: Ma5B and Ma5B /w GL
A high valor unlock, that also has a marine unlock. the Ma5B is a squad automatic weapon version of the Ma5 line, unlike the Ma40 it has a higher fire rate, and larger quad stack mag which holds 60 rounds of ammo.
In the campaign, this is a moderate rate of fire go to weapon meant for arming marines, it also has a consistant damage output and large spare ammo making it a good go to weapon for long fights.
Variant: Ma5B Demolitions
This variant of the Ma5B retains the 60 round mag, but looses the under mounted flashlight instead having it replaced with a modern single shot 40mm launcher. do to this it lacks the smart scope compatibility of the standard Ma5B or Ma40.
Differences: slower rate of fire, swaps between a 60/360 ammo pool AR and a 1/15 poll GL the GL works like the reach grenade launcher.
EDIT: IN multiplayer the base Ma5B would be counted as a power weapon do to its rate of fire, and mag size as well as a quick TTK.
Multiplayer: M219 IGL
The basic reach grenade launcher, in multi player it would be a utility/ damage dealer similar to the hydra or cindershot, with its main role being its two ammo modes.
mode one: APEX, Armor percing explosive, can direct impact kill like a skewer, but explodes on impact, takes 3 shot to kill spartans in the blast radius though one shot on impact. Deals bonus damage to vehicles.
mode two: EMP, doubles teh blast radius and swaps damage to electrical takes 2 indirect hits to disable a vehicle or one direct hit. this comes at the cost of damage going up to 2 direct impacts to kill a spartan or 4 indirect hits.
Note: in both modes it can act like a remote mine with a display showing if a target is in range, just hold down the fire button and release. Mine dets can’t one shot kill but do take out shields completely nomater the mode.
