Aside from the obvious; are guns like the BR, electric rifle, stalker etc. all hit scan? Or is it’ll okie H3 where they’re fast projectiles and I need to slightly lead shots?

Fast projectiles. No hitscan.

there are no hit scans in this game besides the sentinel beam and shock rifle and even those might not be hit scan

Everything is projectiles, some are just near-hitscan.
Shock is not Hitscan, which is why mouse players often fail Perfects with it even with headshots. Controller players however, have AA to help them land all 3 shots.

Thanks gang! This’ll help my game quite a bit. Is the sniper projectile fast enough to treat as hitscan or is some leading needed there?

The shock rifle is a one shot perfect to the head. You might be thinking of the mangler, which does have a three shot perfect or the stalker rifle, which also is a three shot perfect sniper rifle. I mean technically the shock rifle is burst fire and fires three shots per trigger pull but it’s not quite as evident as with the BR so I’m going to consider it effectively semi automatic and thus one shot perfect.

No, definitely not. Shock Rifle is 3 really fast projectiles and has travel time. You can check this by simply shooting at a wall and moving your aim stick or move stick or looking away quickly : the 3 shots will be staggered.
AA on Controller helps the Perfects with this weapon since the micro adjustments allow the 3 shots to hit. MKB actually suffers here with no Mag or AA and you can and will miss the last shot for the perfect, leaving the dude with glowing shields and not dead.
