If you could choose any weapon to be in Halo 5, what would it be? It can be from your imagination or from another game, I would like the Halo 2 scarab gun in Halo 5, even if it’s only on weekends or in a special game mode!
There were two weapons on my mind:
- A high-frequency blade drawing inspiration from Raiden’s sword from Metal Gear (which can cut through ANYTHING) - A Forerunner battle axe with a hardlight blade

Forerunner axe, damn I can picture it in action, I’m fascinated by it now, and it’ll be good for custom games for people who enjoy playing Michael Myers
Flamethrower.Burn the xenos.
Maybe no more weapons to H5g, but maybe brute weapons and flamethrower for the next one.
Brute weapons, Flamethrower, a covenant shotgun and a Promethean melee weapon are a few things I want.
I’d like a decent Fuel Rod Cannon.
I would love to have the MA5K or maybe the focus rifle from reach.

Covenant shotgun does sound interesting though energy sword has so far been the close quarters equivalent to that.
Maybe at some point we will see that though, and maybe the “machete” that was at point planned to be what energy sword is to covenant. Though that was a long, long time ago before even the first Halo was launched.
But im sure you are familiar with its design, it is shown in the most of the emblems of difficulty selection.
Bit random but, Turok’s Tek Bow would be pretty cool. I loved Turok: Evolution. If any of you get the chance to play it, do yourself that favour. Ignore the abomination that was 2008’s reboot Turok.
The mythical M6J carbine which is a rifle version of the Magnum. Only mentioned in the books. And the MA5K rifle which is a cut down version of the MA5 AR used by Spartan 3s in The Ghosts of Onyx book.
Bring dual wielding first then we can talk about other weapons! Brute grenade would nice!
Maybe have something like LMG that’s different from the standard chain gun, and can be carried like an assault rifle. It is a pretty standard weapon in the military, and comes in useful when you need heavy firepower, and substantial fire. Kinda like the Saw, but more powerful.
