I’m driving a hog. I and my passenger start glowing blue. We explode. What weapon did this? I saw nothing hit us.

Likely the Shock Rifle, Disruptor or Dynamo Grenade.
All of the above are “shock” based weapons that can EMP vehicles.

The Shock Rifle is a long range weapon.
The Disruptor is a short range pistol.
The Dynamo Grenade is a Grenade.

They’ll make vehicles glow blue and temporarily EMP then.
All of these “shock” damage weapons have the ability to chain between enemies & vehicles too.

Either that or you got hit by a Plasma Grenade.
