The weapon skins are really cool, I also noticed another thread mentioning some secret BR and DMR skins.
If you could make up a skin what would you make for Halo 4?

I mostly want more realistic camos… Not a fan of all the bright oranges and teals. The Arctic BR is still my favourite for this reason.
I also want an all black BR ala Halo 2/3. Maybe even a throwback BR with the old model, but I’m not sure if thats possible.
Personally, I want a striped Aqua colored DMR. I can deal with the Arctic BR, since i don’t like the other BR skins. I have to say this though, there are so many to choose from, I think we all should ask 343i to make 2 if not 3 additional loadouts.

I have to agree. That just stands out perfectly.
I’d love to see an all black BR as well as a nod to Halo 2 and 3. Perhaps an all red Storm Rifle as well as a Brute counterpart, just like the Brute Plasma Rifle.
Why can’t we have some nice, solid-coloured skins like that? The weapon skins we have all far too messy and complicated to really look good. Simple is often better, I say.
I’d like a tree tech camo DMR
I want a Flame Skin for some of the guns,
that would be cool if made right! 
I’d like to see a rainbow skin for all the weapons and or Navy Digital Camouflage skin for the BR.
Don’t hate on me, but the Rogue personalization pack from Black Ops 2 would look quite -Yoink!- on ANY of the loadout weapons. Black and dark red geometric design would fit well, especially with the Forerunner weapons.
Being able to customize the skin however we want would be nice. Or have attachments for additional personal customization.
Olive drab. It would look amazing on the DMR and AR.
I would also like to see the end of stupid skins like steampunk. It just doesn’t work with Halo. It’s too outlandish.

Full customization of weapons skins could lead to some community problems, however. There would be plenty of… “obscene” images put on the guns. If there was some sort of screening or approval system, then that could work
Oops sorry for not specifying.I mean for like the personalized skins, 343 could give us a set of icons and symbols for example lightning or geometric shapes.Allowing us to put them wherever we would like sutch as putting lightning bolts on the barrel with triangles on the scope and your emblem on the gun’s main body. And use as you said an approval system.

I love the Trauma AR, I’d love to see more skins like that. Like glowing covie blood.
Me and my friend were discussing this yesterday, we both agree on having more army camouflages like the arctic BR skin and maybe even a few digital skins similar to the static skin you get for the magnum with the operator specialisation.
I would also like to see a red/ruby storm rifle, like a brute counterpart, like the ones featured in halo 2 and ODST, i wouldn’t also mind seeing a few more forerunner based skins for the forerunner weapons and maybe even some sort of UNSC insignia skin for the UNSC weapons perhaps
How about some real life camo patterns used by military forces today? I’ll use the US Armed Forces camos for example.
US Marine Corps Desert MARPAT or Woodland MARPAT
I usually don’t use camos on my weapons. I mainly keep the standard default steel finish. But I think these camo’s would be pretty cool. Or even better, it’d be cool if they made these as armor skins!
