Well this is pathetic. Someone created a topic posting her/his opinion and then asking for your own, and all you can do is be -Yoink!-. Quite childish.

I agree, to an extent. I believe Armour Abilities should be available for custom-games and a certain play-list for matchmaking. That’s because, for the past couple of years, people have gotten used to using Armour Abilities while playing Halo.
-
Agreed. It is too easy to rank up in Halo: Reach. Even if you get One kill and are on the losing team, you’ll still get a considerable amount of Credits. Also, I disliked the rank icons. I preferred the Halo 3 ones.
-
Agreed. Canon-wise, John-117 can not take fall damage from the heights we’d drop from while playing the game (I think). BUT, if you have a map that is like Spire, you’d need something to counter people just jumping off of the Spire.
-
Agreed. Personally, I don’t like Bloom.
-
I disagree. FireFight Matchmaking can be fun, sometimes. If people are going to boost, let 'em. It really doesn’t impact you. But on the other hand, maybe 343i can implement a Reporting system?
If Halo 4 sucks, the day they shut down the Halo 3 servers will be the end of Halo.

I’m sorry, how does my opinion on Karen Traviss’ books have anything to do with this thread? I had an opinion on her writing, I made it clear. That is different from coming in here and being a jerk when someone posted his/her idea.
It’s still contradictory of you to claim people are jerks when you act like one yourself in majority if not every “Traviss/Glasslands” thread. You make your opinion clear but you reinforce it as well with almost everyone who likes it. It’s pretty prevalent.
Just sayin’
And either way, not everyone is attacking the OP. There are people with the opinion, myself included, that feel that the developers should decide what Halo 4 will consist of.
Why is that problematic?

What threads? As far as I can remember, I only commented on that one thread. I hope you’re not confusing me with GoVader501.

I wasn’t talking about everyone. I apologise if my post seemed that way.

Damn it!! Damnitdamnitdamnit!
Sincerely sorry bro hahaha! I was confusing you with him. Friday, lack of sleep and crappy coffee is a bad mix for me apparently. Again, my apologies and ignore my post.

No problem. As soon as I read “You make your opinion clear but you reinforce it as well with almost everyone who likes it” I realised my picture is the same as his and maybe you got mixed up.
For the most part I agree. I would like Sprint, however, to be a feature not an AA. If they do that, they should make playlists and gametypes without it as well. Also, I think that they should just take away earning anything for your rank in online Campaign and Firefight, but they should still have it. Oh, and Custom Games too.

> Anyway, while I have nothing particular to contribute in this thread, I will say that in my opinion fall damage and Firefight matchmaking are okay. I mean, I see nothing wrong with being able to play Firefight in matchmaking. I understand the boosting part, but why does it need to bother any of us?
I just think that the only thing that should affect your rank should be any playlist where you play REAL people. Firefight should do medals, or something that doesn’t increase your rank. In Halo 3 your rank meant something. In Halo: Reach it just says how much you play the game. I hope you get what I am trying to say as I am being very brief.
Also, OT: Agree with everything stated in the OP.
Some kids are just mad that the Halo 4 skill-gap will be larger than Reach so they’ll go back to being a noob when the game comes out.
