ok so I had just died so I went into power weapons, needlers, talon of the lost then I pressed X and then I prepossessed to spawn at monument and when I spawned… It was literally in the middle of an active splinter grenade I died instantly. so thats mine but what are yours?
I spawned in the vehicle spawn point.

Ditto. Me and some other dude spawned together down there and I shot him by accident. He fell through the bottom and I got the betrayal.
I spawned directly in front of a friendly wraith as he was boosting. 
I spawned in Nornfang on Apex 7 and got spawned in the road infront of the armory and they had snipers on the spire so i got sniped instantly and lost my Nornfang without firing a single bullet. You can only imagine how salty I was lmao.
I’ve spawned into the garage vehicle spawn before, but my worst was a banshee that didn’t last lon c enough to do a backflip.

I was killed while flying a Banshee but rather than watch my body fall to the ground I respawned in the air … No control … free-fall splat !
I spawned in off the side of the cliff by where Knight Strategos spawns on Escape From Arc once, I had just used a Typhoon card as well. Or the time I spawned in front of my teammates warthog and instantly got splattered, or maybe the time I spawned inside of the vehicle spawn and was trapped there. So, I’ve had quite a few really bad spawns before.
I req a Prophet’s Bane, try to defense my team’s only armory, I made it. And then req a speed boost and run to the second floor, suddenly a friendly banshee rush to me and make a maneuvers right in front of my face.
9 seconds to respawn.
HELL YES!
I req a sniper, and press X, it takes my 1 minute to find out that I’ve respwan in a stone. I can’t jump out, I can’t move. I can’t use my gun to shoot anybody.
Finally, I throw out two grenades, kill myself to get out of there.
And have to wait for about 120s to get another sniper.

I req a Rocket try to kill an enemy banshee, I respawn, Right on my top! I lock the enemy on! Good, LET ME KICK YOUR -Yoink-!!

I once spawned on a gravity lift in noctus and flew into the enemy controlled monument with a sniper rifle I called in. I didn’t even hit the ground.
Spawned in and blown up by a banshee, and spawn infront of an ally as he was being sniped I took the bullet for him.
Well, seeing as i don’t have the cert yet and I don’t believe it exists, it has to be whenever I get a Phaeton from an ultra rare random vehicle. No matter what happens there is always someone with a plasma pistol and I’m dead within seconds. I spawned one yesterday on Noctus and fired once at 2 people before my ship fell from the skies like a dying eagle. Luckily that one shot hit both people.
I once spawned outside of an uncontested Fortress three times in a row. I got sniped right off the spawn each time. I also spawned on the edge of the killzone twice.
Ive spawned a few times getting instantly killed with a power weapon. I learned not to spawn with one but to get it at a req station later when youre clear
