The Didact emerging from the Cryptum was one, but my favourite was the Broadsword bit, that music track was perfect for it!
Being ejected out of Infinity in the modified Pelican.
The last environment in Midnight. Everything have orange finish, the music is epic, and Cortana’s scary whispers. Also, “SAVE THEM! DESTROY THE COMPOSER!” 
Man, that was a real booming scene.

The broadsword + using rockets + using the boosters + background music = epic moment.

The ending. It was perfect.
all the Midnight mision, and more in the last part when the arrival theme sounds, i don’t like at all the Halo 4 OST, but that theme is gold for me, sounds epic, and i hope in the next games of the saga they make the Didact or another new enemy a good boss fight

Falling to Requiem, that junk was hawt!
I loved the part were Chief fell out of the Forward unto Dawn and was exposed to vacuum of space, only to get hit by some of the Dawn’s debri. It was an excellent way to start the game and welcome the player to Requiem.
The Didact’s awakening was pulled off really well. The setting, design and score really gave me goosebumps.
Also, any part involving Cortana’s descent into rampancy. You really feel her pain, her anguish, and her fear as she is slowly dying. Her death was pulled off perfectly. Plus I think the interpersonal moments between Cortana and the Chief were better than that of any previous Halo game.
