For me it was Monitors bounty, only 10% of stuff i liked at that was Arena and Warzone update, Grenade launcher, Sentinel beam, AA wraith and custom brower
stuff i didnt like
forge objects addded one year later being breakable walls also no 650 objects like 100 then you add on the sizes, attachments (cut) Grenade luncher and sentinel beam variants (cut?), modes that should have been added a long time again, KOTH should have been added a long time ago
for me not all updates are just horrible, but Monitors bounty was the most disappointing IMO
Hog Wild. I know it was called a “REQ drop”, but it was still pretty light on content. Only thing that didn’t feel redundant from the update was the Sword Needler Warthog. Everything else… meh…
Infinity’s Armory. The armory of the most advanced and lethal ship humanity has ever created and what’s inside this armory? Pizza weapon skins. That’s just always annoyed me.
Hog Wild since it had very little to offer.
Surprised you said Monitor’s Bounty. That was the update that completed the game and then some.

Memories of Reach for one solid reason, 4 Reach armor sets and that’s it, nothing else from Reach, no Revenant, no Falcon, no Grenade Launcher, just a bunch of non-Reach based trash to bloat the Req pool even more. But now that Ske7tch, an old Bungie employee, is the new community manager, Halo 5 may turn into the Halo we expected it to be. Hopefully Ske7tch also rectifies the H3A debacle as there will be a large backlash should it not happen on the10 year anniversary.

How can a community manager do anything about a company’s decision to not spend time and money remastering a game?
As a heavy forger it has to be Anvils Legacy and Monitors Bounty. Anvils Legacy was disappointing because it “officially supported” vehicle welding yet crippled most welded vehicles, but you could still use them if you reworked them, you might have had a chance to get something that worked ok. Monitors Bounty completely killed all of my vehicle prefabs. They are useless now, my most favorite prefab the Barracuda which was a fully functioning boat made out of warthog just jumps around, glitches around and flings you to your death.
343 FIX THIS PLEASE!!!

Simply by explaining to the Company Manager and -Yoink!- how much money they could make off of a Halo 3 Anniversary done right.
I don’t think any of the updates were bad as they added more content. But I could agree with a few saying hog wild for the reason that it was a light amount of content.
I’m super surprised no one said The Battle of Shadow and Light. It was pretty much just tundra, urban, and woodland varients of the UNSC vehicles, some super ugly armors, and the light rifle varients.

Frank O’Connor seems to think that they simply won’t make enough money from it to make up for the cost of production.

Yeah well he’snot exactly the smartest one at 343.
