I never got a concrete answer on this so… which skip was patched/fixed on the Reclaimer mission?
there were a couple, but probably the one where you could glitch into the mountainside to enter the underground forerunner building.

Sniper alley skip still works. I did that with a friend earlier today. There’s a brief moment where you might see a 10 second countdown when you reach the wall opening but it’s always been like that.
343i have only done things that affect all game modes (i.e. Bolshot quick reload). And MP (i.e. soft walls in MP maps). Of course, Spartan Ops is exempt from soft wall patches since it uses different maps.
No campaign was fixed at all, you can still beat that mission in 16-17 minutes still. Here’s a link to all the fixes and you can see that is has no campaign stuff to be seen.

The current TU didn’t have any Campaign fixes but the first TU did, and it was on Reclaimer.
