I know that she was apparently analyzing a Forerunner structure that was beneath Sword Base, but does anyone know what the importance was? What did she get from it? Because whatever she got, was worth the lives of the Spartans transporting her to the Chief. Anyone know? Thanks!
Some people say it was the coordinate data for alpha halo (the one the POA made a “blind jump” for), but that would clash with the implied significance of the Sigma Octanus artifact which is where the coordinate data was supposed to come from.
So other people say that the sword base data somehow unlocks or decrypts the data in the Sigma Octanus artefact, which they then use to get to alpha halo, and thats good enough for me.
