Man how you gonna put an ONI symbol over a non UNSC vehicle. Second how are you going to title and update Memories of Reach and not put in the most requested req from the community. 343 I’m not sure what version of Reach you played, but it wasn’t the one I played.
I agree, almost nothing in this update is Reach-related except for the armor. And they couldn’t even make that right (It looks ok though)

I don’t even remember Brutes being in Reach.
It’s as disappointing as Reach so I think this update is spot on
343 doesn’t understand Halo. You should come to expect stuff like this now.

And 343 I’m the kind of gamer you want some who has invested all game time to halo 5 and a lot of money in micro transactions. I’m not sure if I want to continue investing into your company after seeing this.
The armor was reach-inspired (not exact replicas), they included Jorge’s chaingun, infection… I say it’s a job well done, assuming the gameplay updates play well.
However, I agree with the Oni symbol being highly misleading. Should have been a promethean logo of some sort, or just the usual blur. Doesn’t ruin the whole update for me.
Besides, how useful was the Falcon anyways in reach? It was a splaser/rocket magnet. It was only really useful if you had a good pilot, two really good gunners, and a good team. None of that matters if I can spawn with a splaser and cross-map you.

I really don’t see the logic in their decision. I remember when Ghosts of Meridian was released and everyone said, “Oh man, this is nothing, the Memories of Reach update is what we’re really waiting for”. I’m afraid to say that the Meridian update contained more content then this update, besides Infection (which I am grateful for) of course.

This me its about the voice of the community. 343 are essentially gods of Halo. They have to ability to do whatever they want. They have the programmers the community the project managers and they didn’t listen. To top it off an ONI symbol.

I like new things, I feel that the majority of the community that plays (includes many people that are NOT on the forums) also like new things. The reach inspired armor is new.

It was not the fact of a falcon. It was the fact that a lot of us have been hoping for a UNSC air vehicle since before this game launched

I understand what your saying. I guess it was a really big disappointment, especially with bravo and uynshek posting lately i just figured they wouldn’t pull something like that. Your right too there are some good other things coming out of this update.

The Phaeton is exactly the same. It can be splasered just as easily as the falcon could.
