Newbie gamer: Person who has bought the game cheap or rented it to find how well they play in order to check if this is the franchise for them depending on there K/D which will lead them into the other options below
Recreational Gamer: Doesn’t care about K/D just glad they had a good time playing a game of Halo . But doesn’t mind the occasional good game every once in a while (me)
Competitive Gamers: Those who generally play to keep up there score both K/D and W/L so they can hopefully find a match with equally matched players to find that worthy challenge
Antagonistic gamer: A troll or general person in a fit of rage or depression whose only goal is to make the worst experience for players ever by cursing and maliciously killing a member of there own or opposing team to make themselves feel better. Doesn’t care about K/D or W/L
The Tryhard gamer: A person who most of the time has played online gaming for less than a year and think there the next best thing claiming to be a competitive gamer at a K/D of usually around .75-.9 they will quickly find every excuse to explain there Ratio “I had to let my little brother play and he is bad”. K/D is everything to these guys
Extreme Competitive Gamer: Feel they can only be happy if they decimate everyone in the game to the point of which if they don’t go good in a game they go into fit of rage. Hates anyone and will feel the need to outline those with a K/D less than 1.5 and publically humiliate them for it
Super Extreme Competitive Gamer: Those of K/D’s ranging from 2.5 and above. practically the scourge of Human society who play video games. not only do they participate in the same activates as extreme competitive gamers they will insult there own kind and after losing a single match will become a virtual activist to ban anyone with a K/D of 1.5 to fuel there hate filled bodies. Is generally desperate to join some form of MLG club. K/D is more important than life itself to these people
AFK gamer: “Wait I played a game” the player who would know or care about there K/D if they had checked it instead of going to the toilet, eating food or heading out while still searching for a game
Illiterate gamer: “U suc noobx dont everz plys again”. Those who are competitive yet there inability to read ruins there ability to tell their K/D.
(Disclaimer if you have a K/D of 2.5 that doesn’t mean that you instantly fall into the extreme/ super extreme category unless you fit the complete criteria)
If I didn’t list what type of gamer you are please be sure to add it within the comments

Great list! Right on.
I recognize myself as an Recreational Gamer
competitive here
i play for keeps, and you keep what you kill!
murder is my bread and butter.!
two men enter the better armed man leaves!
the ends justifies the means! (camping is a legitimate strategy if its necessary and works)
K/D is important W/L is more so!
Hardcore competitive Halo player baby!! Keeping the k/d sweaty and near that 2.0 as well as winning just about every game! I also run a competitive Halo clan: HoW Gaming.
I am a total Recreational Gamer. That description applies to me exactly as how I am, but having a decent WLR and KDR is kind of in my agenda, too. Nothing too fancy, though.

I’d say I’m a mix of recreational and competitive. Sure I try my best to keep my k/d up but sometimes I just don’t really care or just stop caring (split screen game with a friend on friday on BTB, I went 3-24 on a game of 1 flag CTF on H2A (fair enough 6 to 8 of those deaths were from rushing the flag cos the one point my team did score was as a result of basically everyone suicide charging the flag most the way back!)). Tbh I’m awful at H2 anyway compared to Halo CE or Halo 3!
Bummer, I never see a category in these sorts of things I can slide into. I like to run around and get splatters and find quirks in the physics engine. I go for stats (and do not care about K/D or W/L) and clips, what would you say that makes me?
A mix of competitive and AFK, I like being really good and I pride myself on doing well in the game. But I’ll get distracted mid-game by texts from friends or if I’m hungry mid-game I’ll just go eat but I won’t quit and that kinda stuff drops my K/D but I don’t care that much.

Mixture of recreational & competitive, but MOSTLY recreational.
I do like to win games, yes, but I like to play for the cool & funny experiences with my fellow teammates.
There’s even been times which I don’t kill the enemy team, and they join my team in fooling around.
Sometimes I help the other team by giving them a powerful vehicle if they’re losing really bad.
