A reasonably popular member of the halo community, whom I will not specify, as I do not wish to come across as publicly attacking them, is livestreaming his experience with the current Halo 3 flight. Unless I am mistaken, this is in breach of the NDA. What venue, if I should file a report at all, should I report this through?
(Once again, I do not mean to berate the individual in question; I am sure that it is a simple misunderstanding; or it may be the case that there is some exception to the rule that I am unaware of)
None of the Flights so far (this one included) have involved NDAs that prohibit the streaming of content. An excerpt from the Flight overview:
> Content Creation and what not to share.
> As a reminder, there are no rules against streaming or creating content for this flight. Please feel free to stream, share, and create content to your heart’s delight! However, do keep in mind that this is not a final product – it is a work-in-progress preview. Please note that while you are free to share streams and create content, the games files are intended solely for you to be able to play and have access to during the flight only. Sharing game files from this flight to others is not permitted.

Ah, okay. Thank you.
