Does anyone know what time will the next Bulletin be posted? I thought I might ask, so I don’t have to keep refreshing it, not knowing when it will come…

There is indeed a thread already created for this. You’d have better luck posting there.
It’s out whenever bs angel decides to put it up. Just be patient, we’ll get it eventually.
