What "time" does the Embargo lift?

Someone of NeoGaf says 2 PM (GMT), but on Assassins Creeds website there’s a countdown to when they release info about AC3, and it works out at around 5 PM. Here’s the link.

So does anyone know what time?

No idea. Though just because they’re showing AC3 info at a certain time, it doesn’t mean that Halo 4 info will be shown at the same time. It could be before, or maybe even after, who knows?
