They are dropped whenever the servers tick over to Monday morning. Which would most likely be either midnight your time or midnight for 343 in the PST time zone.

Im from Arizona and I get mine at midnight MST since I currently match the west coast.

I can’t wait I think I only have rare and higher things to unlock now
Im abit confused with this myself tbh. I live in the UK and some weeks i receive the packs when it hits midnight here, other weeks i won’t receive them till the early hours of Monday morning, so thats thrown me when it comes to working out when i should get the packs.

Damn I thought I was only going to get rare or higher reqs cause I’ve only been getting rare stuff for ages from silver packs but I got a bunch of uncommon stuff I didn’t have.

Yes it’s worth it and yes I have.

I’ve only gotten one legendary so far. I think it will worth it more once I unlock the more common unlocks.
