What "Time" can I play my digital copy?

I live in Virginia, so I hope I don’t have to wait until 3 AM, because of that time being Washington’s 12 AM and all.

Does anyone know?

I think Virginia has Eastern time zone so you can play it at 12:01AM.

I’m pretty sure that the time you can play is 12:00AM EST across the board no matter where you live

I live in Indiana, I really wish I could play it earlier than midnight. XD But beggars can’t be choosers.

its -Yoinking!- stupid, whats the point of installing the game on the 20th if you cant play it. it would had been faster to go pick up the disc in person on the release date.
