During the recolonization of reach? 'cause that ship on the background during the endin looked really futuristic.
Also I have a couple other questions:
At the level human are at during h4 how would they fare against th covenant during the great war?
Also, was th infinity the only human ship to crash on requiem? And do they call in back up from the unsc after they crash?

Humans were a T3 civilization before the Covenant-Human war but it is safe to assume they reached the minimum to be consider T2. Unknown if Human will ever reach T1 (World Builders) or even T0 (Transsentient).
Tier 3: Space-Faring
Species has efficient Slipspace navigation, mass drivers, asynchronous linear-induction weapons, holocrystal storage and semi-sentient AI (though their creation requires memory transfer from the freshly deceased and/or flash cloning). They have had no outside influence.
26th Century Humanity stands at this level. This level is also where the Lekgolo were before joining the Covenant.
Tier 2: Interstellar
The species has the ability to perform exceedingly accurate Slipspace navigation, near-instantaneous communication and man-portable application of energy manipulation. The unified state of the 26th Century Covenant stands at this level.
Both San 'Shyuum and Sangheili brought the other races of the Covenant to such a high technological level when incorporating them into the Covenant. The two primary extant interstellar civilizations were space-faring prior to discovering Forerunner artifacts - or each other - but they have not successfully reverse-engineered those artifacts.
Humanity entered an earlier level of this tier at some point during the Human-Covenant war. By the end of the war, with warships such as the UNSC Infinity, humanity stands at this tier of knowledge and near-full understanding from the studying of reverse engineered Forerunner and Covenant technologies, continued research in the field, as well as research in the laboratory.Though, due to the remnants and threat of the Covenant military, equipment so far is not as widely mass produced yet with the exception of the Infinity and very few others.
As for the Infinity being the only ship to crash on requiem there is also the Forward Unto Dawn if you want to count it but beside that there is no reason to believe any UNSC ship would reach or receive distress call from Requiem once on it.
The captain of the Infinity can be heard arguing with S-117 about leaving Requiem and return to earth ASAP. Which S-117 doesn’t want to because A) Evil Awaken B) Cortana.
