What features in Halo 4 would you like to see back in Halo 5?

Straight from Halo 4, not many features. Hit markers are about the only ‘feature’ I felt only added to gameplay. I’d replace default sprint with an increase in base player speed and a balanced Evade ability instead.
I’d like for AAs to return, but not in loadouts (I really don’t like loadouts). They would be better placed on the map, in my opinion, or as the only options available when calling down ordinance (which i’m also not a fan of, as is).
Loadouts, but rework them to make them more balanced (remove PP and BS from loadouts)
Prometheans, great idea for enemies, need AI overhaul
Spartan Ops, make less missions to focus on quality, I have more to play other than Campaign
Sprint, great feature for Campaign, it was a godsend, going back to all the other Halo campaigns just feels so slow now
AA’s, but not stuff like Jetpack and Active Camo
Custom loadouts.
The map Haven, that was the only thing that I liked (tolerated) in Halo 4.
The thruster pack.
Give it a new dimension (up) to work with. Specifically, jumping (and only jumping, no lifts involved) and thrusting will send you upwards (and in any direction you happened to be holding the thumbstick) instead of straight forwards.
Ideally, this would give you about the same height as a Spring Jump, maybe a little less or the spring jump a little more extra height.
Combined with spring jump, this should send you double the normal jumping height, allowing you to reach crazy places, and could thus replace the jetpack in a way that would take skill, timing and knowledge of how and when to use an item.
It would also make the thruster a little more useful in various situations, which it needed in comparison to some of the other abilities.
The graphics.
Not much. Skyline and Daybreak are great maps I’d like to see return.
Extraction and Dominion are fun.
As far as gameplay goes… the Lightrifle would be a great thing to come back.

Not sure if sarcastic? 'Cause you basically said everything that changed from Halo 4, and kept all the bad ones… No offense.
@OP while I like Halo 4, especially since Bravo took over, there’s so much of it that is just SO hard to handle. Obviously remove armor abilities (talk about gimmicky), hopefully remove sprint, get rid of the plasticky Power Ranger Spartans, but otherwise I love the weapon sandbox and I thought the campaign direction was great!

-I really love Dominion and Extraction and Ricochet also looks really good.
-Prometheans, but with many new units (at least three)
-The weapons (aside from the lack of the SMG and the Plasma Rifle) were great but the Prometheans weapons need an overhaul (they shouldn’t just be redlined UNSC weapons, they should be alien) and the Pulse grenade desperately needs a buff.
-Speed and Damage Boost as power-ups are great, and I think Active Camo should become a power-up again.
-Playing as the Flood in Flood/Infection (but let’s bring back the custom options please).
-I would love it if SpOps returns but I’ve already given up hope on that front.
-Commendations are amazing (but things like the Plasma Pistol and Mongoose Destroyer should take much less time since at the moment they are pretty much impossible).
-Keep all the armor categories (legs, forearms, chest, shoulders, helmet, visor color…) as they are in 4, it’s good enough but not too cluttered like in Reach.
-Weapon skins are cool.
-The Mantis is an awesome addition to the Sandbox.
-Dynamic lights in Forge, but let’s make it something we can turn on and off and that it only happens when you save your map.
-Magnets, but we need more magnet spots on all the objects. It is a great concept but at the moment it’s more annoying than rewarding.
-Trait Zones and Gravity Zones.
Whatever I think of that can be added from Halo: 4 to Halo: 5, I just think of better things from the previous games - i.e. Forge World > The Three Anvils.
They for sure need to add an air vehicle optimised for multiple players - most likely one similar to the Falcon - as I am not too fond of the Pelican too big and clunky - as the driver of the Falcon needs to rely on their allies to succeed. Vehicles like this added with maps like Forge World just add the freedom to Halo. If Halo 5 adds these to Halo 5 - but better - It could be a perfect game (gameplay wise).
A balanced weapon sandbox out of the gate.

Vehicle set, it’s perfect in this game. Only problem is how its destroyed so quickly with plasma grenades.

Really wasn’t much that I liked about Halo 4 and I’ve played every Halo and will look forward to more.
Campaign:
Prometheans (make them less predictable and not noob friendly) maybe inhance their looks just a bit.
Multiplayer:
Flood mode( make them able to hold weapons) Just removing that took out so many possibilities that could have been fun in infection.
Take out load outs and armor abilities (They attracted the kind fans that were not true to Halo and made halo NOT Halo)
Back on track, Bring Back dominion.
Weapons: Bring back every weapon except the suppressor. (Also bring back weapons from previous games
Forge: just bring back position, Magnets and Duplicating. I found it difficult to build anything. I couldn’t build crashing planes annymore
