Hey 343 What are you doing about fixing the requisition problems? 3-5 times a day since release i get unable to retrieve session data after a match and get zero freaking req points and times it shows that i made 800-1400 req points pending on what match was played and it doesn’t add to my points. … you guys owe not just me but all your halo players a huge freaking req point bonus for this garbage

To answer your question, this problem does not impact your REQs, if you’d bothered to do some basic math when your REQs do reappear you’d notice that the ones you earned during the glitch are in fact there.
Indeed the req points will appear, restart console and you’ll see

Ok, for crying out loud calm down. Often the REQ system is laggy, both in game and in lobby. Wait and your REQ points will reappear. A few reasons for this issue include, your network connection may be under a heavy load, the servers are being overloaded, (which happens quite a bit), and finally there has been a commonly noticed correlation between the number of REQ cards you have and the occasional lag in the system.
I find it highly unlikely that of all the people who have had issues with this, that you are the sole exception who is getting permanently shafted. Often after a game I go right to the REQ screen and still see my previous total, and then it updates right before my eyes, a couple times it has been delayed in updating by 3 or 4 games, and then I get a pleasant surprise to see a ton of points waiting to be spent.
Once again, I suggest you use the search feature, conveniently located at the top of your page, in the middle right section, just to the left of your profile to be precise. You may find it more helpful to check the threads for other peoples solutions than crying about it. However on the off chance that you are incapable of doing this I have linked some forums already airing this know issue.
If you have the quick turn on option for the Xbox restarting it won’t be enough. Instead of restarting, go to the menu and manually quit out of Halo (highlight Halo, press the start button on your controller, and select quit). This should do the trick.

I can see its no big deal for you alphatango, but when i pre order a game and spend 90 dollars i expect for it to be complete, i understand bugs and issues the week or two but 2 months in and this game is constantly screwing up. 90 bucks may seem like change to some but in my house i don’t like to waste money. If your cable or Internet goes out are you going to let it go or are you going to call and demand they fix the issue and get you what you paid for? If a food establishment screws up your order are you like oh well I’ll eat the crap they gave me or you going to take it back? Bottom line is 343 doesn’t care if they fix the issues and bugs they are making that money because there are tons of easy to please people who will pay shell out money to buy req packs. …I’m not those people

And OP I fully understand your frustrations, as it happened to me and I was upset when it happened the first time. I’ve genuinely tried to help you and pointed out multiple potential solutions but you prefer to blame 343 for what is most likely a networking glitch.

Thats what Im talking about paying 30 extra dollars a whole half of the actual game for basically just cosmetics in a game/materialistic things that doesn’t really scream money savings.

Its not for us to judge the intelligence of people who purchase premium editions for a poster and a special box or whatever they promised this time. Who knows, the whole thing is basically a rip off, the extras they give you are usually worth about 50 cents.
I’ve listened to your solutions and did all the quit restart stuff, just saying nada as of now, no it wasn’t catalog i pre ordered the game from xbox live so I’m stuck with it on my system, that’s why i haven’t traded the game in. I’ve been a long time halo fan so yes i bought the bundle pack and that’s my fault for thinking this game would live up to the halo series. And yes the req situation pisses me off but that comes and goes the biggest issue is this game is still filled with so many bugs and for it not to be fixed 3 months after release is just lazy these people made almost half a billion dollars in the 1st week alone so thank your customers by fixing your game
Vote with your wallet next time. I don’t preorder or buy on launch anymore because of the last two Halo games and things like AC Unity. For Halo 5 I waited and played a friends copy, checked honest reviews and not biased major gaming reviews, did some checking in waypoint, and decided to get it because I enjoyed the gameplay and accepted the bugs.
I’m sorry you’re having issues but theres not much else I can do to help, maybe think a bit more carefully next time before you throw money at a non-refundable system.
