What the multiplayer problem really feels like

The problem with the systems, battlepass, UI, progression, playlists, and everything else all, to me, trickle down to them responding to challenge feedback during the flights.

If I remember correctly, the feedback was “we hear you, but we can’t change it by launch.” This, I think, is exactly the problem. I think it’s the problem with the playlists. The battlepass. The progression. They had a deadline. My guess is they wanted to delay the game further. They wanted another 6 months to get forge, the systems, everything ready. They wanted another year. But the player base, largely, would have been frustrated. And I bet Microsoft would have wanted it out asap. Because of this, they did t bother to express changes. They didn’t have time.
