What skulls can I use for Halo 2 legendary?

Hey Forum!

I’m looking to run Halo 2 on Legendary with a friend today in preparation for Halo 5 later tonight. I’m hoping to do so with some of the skulls activated to make it easier (scarab, bandana, etc). Is there a method to doing this and still unlocking the achievements?

TrueAchievements says that you can now use any skulls but I’d really rather not screw it up somehow.

Unless they changed it, helpful skulls won’t allow you to hit par scores or par times. They allow you to get some achievements, but you can’t just use scarab skull and get Monopolized.
