Hoping someone can help me here… I bought an Xbox One with Halo 5 and MCC but neither Halo 5 or 2 work. I don’t know whether I have a faulty Xbox or game discs. Halo 5 gets past the 343 logo starts loading and crashes whilst MCC halo 2 crashes on any mission startup. So I’m wondering what’s the problem here? Are 343 working on a patch to fix issues with this? Is my XBONE faulty? Or are the games I have faulty? Cos at this rate I’m just kinda miffed, don’t earn that much money, was looking forward to this and there are a distinct lacking of answers for problems like mine 
Hey Karakura, this might be something you want to reach out to Xbox Live support with but it might be worth checking a few things first. Do you have any other games you can try and see if they load? There are a few free games you can get through Games with Gold, worth downloading and see if you have the same problems when launching. Do any other apps do the same thing or can you load up a DVD without it crashing? Also, have you tried performing a hard reset of your console?
- Hold the power button in for 30 seconds - Disconnect the power supply for 1 minute - Plug everything back in, start your Xbox up and try launching Halo 5
