I have over 300,000 credits and I don’t know what to buy. Suggestions?

Could you tell us what you’ve already bought and then I will make a few suggestions. 
The following items I own:
Cqc, Odst, Hazop, Eod, Operator, Grenadier, Air assault, Recon UA/HUL[3] ,MJOLNIR MK. V helmets. Gungnir, FJ/PARA, ODST shoulders left and right. Blue and silver visor, ODST and Tactical/Recon chestplate, Tacpad wrist, Buck Firefight voice and that’s about it.

SAVE IT! OR just buy a bunch of small stuff to make your armory % go up

Lots of people spend their credits as fast as they get them on stuff they don’t care about and then can’t afford something they really want later.
If you have to ask, don’t buy anything. Don’t buy stuff just because you have some credits. Wait until something you really want becomes available and you have enough credits to buy it. If you spend your credits on stuff you don’t really want then when something you do want shows up in the armory you won’t be able to afford it.
Look online to see all the armory pieces, even the ones that aren’t visible in your armory yet. Figure out which ones you want and buy them when you can.
