My online Spartan keeps throwing grenades when I’m not hitting the grenade button! It’s mostly when I go and check the score board and use a Armor ability! But it still happens when I just walk around or sprint on any map or game mode!
Edit* it is also happening in Campaign when I use chief to grapple it does it alot and chief just randomly throws grenades as well!
I also did a couple hard resets on my Xbox one X, quit the game alone and booted up mcc and halo 5 to make sure it wasn’t my controller or anything! It’s infinite!!!
What buttons do you have mapped to the equipment and grenades? I play with LB for equipment and LT for grenades and about 5-10% of the time when I click LB for equipment I will fat finger the LT and throw a grenade as well 
I have recon setting. but I assure you it isn’t fat finger I had my fingers totally away from the grenade button to also make sure it wasn’t that lol trust me I thought of that too.
I sometimes throw a grenade when I press the left thumbstick to sprint.
Really annoying, been going on a while now. Only occasionally though
I’ve had random bugs where all buttons start shooting and reloading my weapon and then it stops and starts again - always weird but doesn’t happen often,

I might have to go check my controller settings and make sure everything is where it needs to be. Sensitivity and things seem off lately. Might be due to trying to play on my phone/tablet for the Holiday Event.
Yeah same. Happens to me when using abilities or pressing start then going back to game. Or sometimes when sprinting or when the match starts it’ll just throw a nade randomly ;/
This happens to me quite often and is frustrating
